How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Singapore takes 2 to 5 working days for in-stock items.

Average lead time for pre-ordered or customised items is 10 to 20 working days. Please get in touch with us for detail of exact delivery timeline.

Can I place order even though the product is out of stock?

Yes, you may pre-order the item. It takes 10 to 20 working days for us to craft your boards and deliver them to you. You can reach out to us via WhatsApp or email us for detail on exact delivery timeline.

I would like to commission a board / customise a board with my favourite Bible verse. Does Blessed Be take custom order?

Yes. You can go to Customised Board collection to order. Feel free to reach out to us via email or WhatsApp should you need consultation. Our staff will be happy to assist. 

Why does my products look slightly different from the photo online?

All Blessed Be products are handcrafted from raw materials and all leaf/flower decorations are hand-painted by our in-house artisan. Each plank of natural pinewood carries its distinctive appearance (colour of wood, organic wood grain pattern), hence making every piece unique.  

Our dried pressed-flowers are seasonal; therefore, your Salome board might not have the same exact flower as the photos.

I am an oversea buyer. Can I make payment on your website?

Yes. You can make payment with or without a PayPal account.

If you are in Malaysia, you can visit CanaanLand bookstores (Kuala Lumpur & Kota Kinabalu) to purchase Blessed Be product.

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer complimentary shipping for order above $40. For order below $40, shipping charge is $5 (within Singapore.)

Shipping charge to other countries will be calculated at check out.

Complimentary shipping to Malaysia applied for order above $150.

What does the height and width refer to for a round product?

The height and width refer to the diameter of the rounded product.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that you receive a imperfect item. Do drop us an email and we will assist you with an exchange.

I am interested in some item(s) but I do not have an online mode of payment. How can I make a purchase?
