For I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in. (Matthew 25:35)
As Blessed Be grows, our artisans are touching more and more lives in Da Nang, Vietnam as the Gospel of Jesus Christ was shared and embraced by many new believers.
Our core team in Vietnam consists of three young, Spirit-filled dedicated artisans, Khiem, Tin and Duyen, who has been working tirelessly in discipling some of these new believers.
Khiem, Tin and Duyen are church workers in the young adult ministry in Hoa My church. Each of them shepherds twenty to thirty youths and young adults in their small groups. With the passion to bring God’s words into homes and seeing the financial need of some of the new believers, the team started to employ these new believers as craftsmen.
At the workshop, the new believers are not only taught the skill of crafts, but importantly, they are also being discipled as they work.
Daily devotions mark the start of the day before work begins and the leaders themselves would daily take time to pray and teach the Bibles these new babes in Christ. Many of these new believers come from less fortunate backgrounds, with no family or are far away from their hometowns, so some have also made the workshop their home.
Blessed Be is grateful to be able to create a conducive Christian working environment for these new believers and also a place where they can feel belonged and at home.
Every board you bring home or bless a friend with, also blesses the work in Da Nang. We pray that you will continue to share in God’s Great Commission and let His Word and Work expand to magnify His Glorious Name, as commanded by the Lord Jesus Christ before He ascended into Heaven.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
(Matthew 28:19-20)
